Must See List - Singapore

Although most of our time in Singapore will be spent undertaking internships, we will hopefully have the time and energy to travel at the weekends and during the week before our internships commence.

Having spoken to many friends who have been to Singapore, and watched countless television shows, it is obvious that there are a few sights not to be missed - however cliched they may have become.

The night safari at the zoo comes highly recommended, as does the obligatory Singapore Sling in the Raffles Hotel (perhaps the two are linked- either as dutch courage before the zoo or sedative after!).

Luckily for us we get to see one of the highlights of Singapore, twice, without any effort. Apparently the international airport is the best in the World, we shall see.

Never ones to opt out of some exercise, a walk up Mt Faber followed by a cable car ride sounds like a photo op.

Always looking for something a bit different to just a meal out, the light and music show on Sentosa Island sounds like a perfect evening out. Continuing on a musical theme a visit to the Chinese Theatre Circle sounds like a must, providing there is no audience participation.
